To provide you with the best service, we would appreciate your order five (5) working days in advance.
Please check your Service when it arrives.

Building Access

Occasionally our delivery personnel have difficulty accessing an area and/or room. We need your help!
Please tell us of any special access concerns that we may need to know. Also, please ensure that there are tables for the delivery personnel to place the food and beverage items on.

Service Staff

Service staff are not provided with Casual Catering. An additional fee of $25.00 per hour will be added for groups that require service staff.

Allergy Alert

All menu items may have come in contact with nuts.

Pricing

When you book your Service more than five (5) working days in advance, we avoid the extra cost of late purchasing and over-time labour. If you are placing your order less than five (5) working days in advance, please note an additional charge of 25% will apply to your total invoice.

China Service

Inside the University Centre

China service is complimentary for up to 2 gallons of beverage and for up to 40 people for food ordered. There is a charge of $4.00 per gallon for beverage orders in excess of 2 gallons and 25 cents per item for plates and cutlery above a 40 person service.

Outside the University Centre

China service is available outside the University Centre. There is a charge of $6.00 per gallon for beverage items and 40 cents per item for plates, and cutlery. In addition there is a labour charge of $40.00 per coffee service to a maximum of $100.00 per day.

Linen

Linen is provided for the food and beverage tables only. If you require linen for additional tables the charge will be $6.70 per tablecloth.

Missing Items

To serve you better, we offer a variety of small wares for your service. Please ensure all urns, tablecloths, tongs, bowls, plates and silverware are present and easily accessible for the driver. You may be charged the replacement cost for missing items.

Pick – Up Times

We strive to pick up all service supplies as quickly as possible, however it is not always feasible to arrive at the firm pick up time. Please allow us one business day in which to pick up your service.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of same day cancellation, you will be charged for all costs incurred.

Taxes

All prices are before applicable taxes. If invoicing external to the University, you will be charged HST.
