Basic Service

This comprehensive meeting package is included free of charge when you hold an event on campus. We will meet with you to discuss your requirements, recommend and book facilities, and coordinate, liaise and negotiate contracts with our service providers on your behalf. All of our clients are provided with 24-hour on-call facilitation and support while on campus – including immediate attention to last minute requests

Accommodation Service

Add our Accommodation Service to the included Basic Service and allow your delegates to register for on-campus accommodations directly with us! We will develop an accommodation booking site so you are not consumed with the details of your delegate’s ever-changing itineraries. Let us handle all of your on-campus reservations, payments and confirmations. An administrative fee will be added to each delegate’s booking at the time of their registration.

Full Service

Add one of our Full Service Packages which includes both the Basic and Accommodation services above, and our team of experts will manage both registration and accommodations for your event. This comprehensive service includes developing and monitoring a registration site, processing payments, managing accommodation bookings and all details involved in running your onsite registration desks. Allow us to handle the details and logistics of your event as you focus on the programming.
